The internets at the new house are not behaving so well. I'm blogging clandestinely from work to say that 1) I am still alive, and 2) you should always make sure your screens are closed before letting a cat explore a new house. Unless you like getting to know your neighbors by tramping through their back gardens.

Home sneezy today. I finally got stir crazy enough to run out to grab some moving supplies (hey, Kanye's new album counts; how's a person supposed to pack without something to groove to?). Now I just need to not feel like I've been hit by a truck for long enough to get shit into boxes.

I'm sorry!

I've been a bad blogger. Life is full of interesting things -- slightly crazy new landlord, near-drama amongst friends that appears to have resolved itself without blowing up (for a staggering change), The Lovely Man (as per usual), and The Big Move (occurring next weekend). They are so interesting and time consuming that I'm usually too exhausted to post about them.

Then there's the mom's big surprise b-day party that I'm hosting. Invitations might be a good idea, huh? So everybody knows when to show up, and that they should shut up until it happens? I should really get on that. CRAP!
